just load program. Tell it what folder to monitor your mp3s. Highlight the mp3s you want to put on your device and then right click and hit SEND TO DEVICE.

Get over myself? iTunes doesn't do what I need it to do. Media Monkey does. I just figured I would share the program.

I don't even use iTunes to play mp3's anyways. I never have. The only time I installed it was when I got the iphone. I find Foobar about a 10,000,000,000 times better for managing my music and playing mp3s....just personal preference
