Please tell me this will end well...

I think this is a poor choice just because of the climate in the states today. Granted he wasn't there very long and did want to fix things.

Ya, that seems like a poor choice on Obama's part from a PR perspective.  Even if this man did nothing wrong and wasn't there long the guilt by association isn't going ot help much

This is true, but Rahm is going to be the Chief of Staff, not the Secretary of the Treasury.  From a Chief of Staff standpoint, he's going to be a fucking champ.  He loves to keep shit straight and bust heads.  Obama will have an all-star cabinet.  You'll see.
