ZOMG!!!  64K!!!  How could I possibly use that much memory?

Oh...and BTW...the only reason why commodore was always cheaper...is because it uses your existing tv, whereas the others came with monitors.  Nice market ploy, though Cheesy

I started with the TRS-80...predecessor to the Tandy.  Ahh...the wonderful sounds of the tape recorder loading up games...*sniff*...brings a tear to my eye.  Thank you Eliza....Thank you Cave Adventure...Thank You Crush, Crumble, Chomp.  You made my youth so very special Cheesy

I feel so young.  My first computer was an Acer Open 486 with a QUAD-speed cd-rom, 32 mb of ram, and 400 MEGABYTE!!! hard drive.  I could fit so many midi's on that thing...you don't even know.

I was the first kid with a Hard Drive in my neighborhood.  Went straight from an atari 2600 to a 286 12mhz 640k 10mb hd that was as big as a toaster and made as much nose as a diesel.

Space quest and leisure suit larry FTW!!

I feel like a youngun, I just have an AT/XT Supercomputer sitting next to me. (It says its super on the cover of the manual!) I'm tempted to hook it up to see if it still works. I remember playing Battle Chess on it, I always hated moving the queen, if you moved her across the board, might as well go watch a movie, it took 20 minutes for her to move, lol. How about Hurkle? anyone remember that one?

Mine was an 8086 XT. I forgot the version of DOS, but I believe it had 3200 baud  modem or something.
I can remember connecting to local bulletin boards and playing Legend of the Red Dragon, using telnet through the local college to get on IRC. I also used to hide my cigarettes from my parents inside the ENORMOUSE case.
