My friend and I would like to bind a G key to change between display 1 and display 2 as the main monitor to watch movie on our TVs. DOES ANYONE know what the cmd is to make this happen becuz ATi believes that it is a Trade Secret and will not tell. -_-

Are you using ATI HOTKEYS Poller service?  In the control center, you should be able to assign hot keys to certian functions of the display properties.  Check adn see if you can set up a hot key to change modes, then assign a G button to perform that hot key.
