Title: Re: Rage Post by: Stugots on October 04, 2011, 07:27:02 PM Well, so far I have found one glitch, when driving the sound of the ATV just cuts out. ....and the mouse moves a bit slow (I just am used to that because of games being made for consoles, they don't seem to track as well). I haven't gotten really deep in to it yet but will let you know.

If it turns out to be really glitchy I may put it on the back burner for a bit, and get dead island, my friend is playing it and it sounds like a lot of fun.

In the short time I played some of the things they said are what I was afraid was happening. Bleh...afraid I wasted 50 bucks. I'll still play a bit, but may hit up dead island tonight.

They patched the game on Saturday and it seemed to help a lot. before I was getting serious rendering issues where objects that I turned to look at would hesitate to render and I would be looking at a blob on the screen. It is still there, just much less noticeable. Also they got rid of GPU Transcode and added a cache setting set it to Large. I still get a couple little glitches, but all in all its running great. And hasn't crashed since the patch.

The online community has still not picked up since the weekend. I think the graphics issues have really stunted this game. shame. Anyway hope to get a game going soon. Haven't done multiplayer yet, but replayability for it is low for me.

Plus the homing rockets totally suck ass online. I get pitted against level 10+ at level 1....you're Boned...I have moved on to War Hammer 40k Space Marine...Liking it thus far. (About an hour in) |
