This looks to be one of the best games ever, it will be the game to beat his other masterpiece The Sims for the top spot of most popular game ever.
Only downside is the realse date, Feb 07!... /cry

When was it given a release date? According to GameFAQs/GameSpot, it is coming out Q3 of this year

I saw that too, but was at EB games 2 days ago, and they are taking preorder for Feb 07.
