 Just wanted to let everyone know from this Tuesdays kara group that we will be running Monday so we can finish it up the run. (others interested but not in Tuesdays run plz show up too) I am not sure if all the people from Tuesdays kara will get this in time so if u want to run kara go ahead and be on before 6:30 invites

idk how many anymore, we were suppose to run it then and then people decided to screw everyone else over and do it tonight.

a we didnt deside to screw anyone over, ZA didnt happen, they couldnt find a sutable off tank, Then i belive they asked in guild chat who was on form it and then they filled it.
we stoped after curater we took down Nightbane, Maroes, opera and the big chick whos name ecapes me. so that leaves you with Shade, prince, Ilhoof, chess, and the other daragon i forgot.

one of the biggest things is we asked in guild chat,  I do appologes to the nyx poeple for this, but if you play other toon in other guilds please dont get mad because we couldnt find you.

Kithari advised me not to post what I was going to post, so I'll just repeat what Arctic already said. Artic spammed guild chat for about 30 minutes asking for people for the last couple of spots. We waited and got nothing.

ok i tend to stay away from politics of late but i will say that Fear spent a great deal of time trying to motivate the running of this in guild chat but was told that it wouldnt run because of ZA and was even told to shut up by another player (this was dealt with by and officer at the time as it was uncalled for). Fear then gave up and logged after ZA was due to start.
So although im sure that it was no-ones intention to screw anyone else over as its not the wolvie way, i can understand as im sure others can how Fear would feel hard done by.
As for getting it together more i would put forward that the person running the raid select the 2 days that it will run on and post both giving prioraty to the people that can be there for both or working something out with people to form a working group for both days. Also i would put forward that you list a called time; i know that it sucks when a raid fails to start but you cant expect people to sit around after they have been told that something isnt happening due to something else going on and then have it run after they have left.
Above all remember that we are all on the same team and treat your fellow wolvie with the respect that you would have them treat you no matter what side of the arguement your on.
Anyway thats my thoughts on the matter.

I understand Fear is frustrated because the run went without him, however I don't think its our fault if he's running another toon in a different guild and didn't get the message. I mean it is "Guild Chat" and it is not just a clever name for the channel. If it is that big of a deal I'll sit out the second half of the run and he can take my spot.

And for once I agree with Farkas that we should treat everyone with respect and not point fingers/complain when things don't go the way we want.

Unless we are talking about Turk then we can harass and disrespect him all day.

thanks snacks you reminded me of another thing that i was going to point out , we do have a channel with a clever name "wowcafe" and if we are going to co-op with nyx we probably should use it more. I still use it when im on misery but i dont see many others in it anymore.

That's a good idea.  wowcafe is the way we keep in touch with Nyx, and we should be certain that all Wolverines are using it.  I'll make sure the guild info page in-game has this clearly stated.

And not to beat a dead horse, but I think everyone who went last night figured it was a fresh run.  It was pretty much a pick-up group since ZA couldn't happen.  Either way, the last half of the instance is there and ready to go down tonight.  Let's do it.

As far as a "call it" time, I'd say 30 mins after scheduled start time is the maximum.  15 mins might even be more appropriate.

My 2c or 0.005% of a gallon of gas:

First of all, my apologies to anyone who took part in the Tuesday run that stalled.  There was no malice intended in the Kara'ing that took place last night.  If I had known that we were in an existing raid ID, I wouldn't have - and I doubt the rest of us who were there last night would have either - gone and 'stolen' your run.  Please keep in mind that the only boss that was down prior to last night was Attumen and most of the runs I have gone on recently skip Attumen, so I (and some others) are used to running thru the door and going immediately up the steps to Moroes.

Fear, if I might make a suggestion, since your various alts are not all in this guild, would you be willing to list their names in your character notes for Fearthefear?  That would be another way that we could find you should someone look to get something going when they know you are interested.  I'm not saying that is the be-all/end-all solution to what happened last night but we'd know more ways to get ahold of you, should the need arise.

Raid leaders, I don't know if this has been suggested or not, and feel free to tell me to STFU (Red does on a daily basis), but would it be reasonable to list the continuation day in phpRaider?  It wouldn't need to be another sign-up, more of just a marker for the sake of information.  I'm not sure if Raider has the ability to list a note or announcement on a particular day or if Raider only allows "sign-up" events.  Depending on how crazy you wanna get with it, the leader could post the day, time, Raid ID and even the individual toon names of those who were there for the first part of the run.  

I guess the other thing to be said here is that if you are saved to a KZ run already, especially if it has a planned continuation day, do your best to be aware of when that is and not go back in ahead of the continuation with a group that is new to that particular raid instance so that something like this doesn't happen again.

This statement sums up my sentiments. As is the mantra of our guild, 'we're all adults'. Sounds like some feelings were hurt; mistakes were made. If it makes anyone feel better, I will relinquish my spot in this run for another player.

That was the case for me.

I wouldn't mind hopping in on this run if there is room, I was in the origional Tuesday run.  I was no where near a computer Sunday though so I understand if my spot got taken over by some one else.

I just need some badges, maybe that damn Lightning capacitor.

i haven't read the responses from other people so this might have already been said, but i don't think most of us maby all of us knew what run it was. if i remember right there was only one member from the original Tuesday run.

so in conclusion....miscommunication =/= screwing people over

if we ruined your kara for this week, sorry. but none of us knew. we almost cleared the whole thing but we left you half  the instance for monday....and if your so deprived guess what...tomorrow it resets again.

if you guys are short healers I am healing specced for one or two more nights.

I was on last night and didn't go as I thought it was fresh run, and it started a wee bit late for me.  This is the first I heard that it used our Tuesday raid ID.  I know for a  fact when it was being put together that it was intended to be a new run.  Sorry to any who missed out.

who ever can have my spot, I was the officall noob on the run with my Undergeared Pallie, A spot i hope to fill again till im gear up to be the tank, only went because mag never happend, I was undergeared for an off tank on ZA and had the desire to do something. but the Early run has alway been to early for me because im a west coaster 430 start.
