Title: Re: CAR GUYS: Stu's New Hawtness. Post by: Stugots on April 29, 2009, 12:50:07 PM Nah Kas, I may put on my Tbird snowflake rims but the body will stay stock. Not sure if I'm going to even drive it for a while. I have to do a transmission swap, redo the suspension and a bit of body work so it may just be a garage car for a while.

Title: Re: CAR GUYS: Stu's New Hawtness. Post by: Stugots on April 30, 2009, 02:29:41 AM Yeah, already doing my research on the thing. Seems that I will need a clutch/brake pedal assembly from a 5spd car but shouldnt be too hard to find...I hope. We have any people from the UK or Europe in the wolverines anymore? hehe. I'm gonna start searching the pick and pulls around me to see what I can find. Chances of me driving it this year are slim to none because as soon as I get it I plan to pull it apart and see what I'm working with. Then suspension/transmission and new turbo (theres some play in the shaft of the t3 on it) body work (bit of rust under the body cladding) and whatever else I find that needs to be replaced, but I'm in no hurry ....sounds like my tbird...I have 2 projects that I love that I'm not in a hurry to finish...well, maybe the merkur more than the bird.
(only because I plan to modify the merk more and it should be a blast to drive). Anyway, I'll keep you guys updated and who knows maybe next year I can make it to the cbus and drive it in an autox or something. Title: Re: CAR GUYS: Stu's New Hawtness.
