Title: My new project Post by: Jim Tressel on September 18, 2006, 06:24:20 PM Once we get The Gout's new 84 Camaro Z28 back in tip-top shape, I'll be tackling my dad's 77 IH Scout II. This thing is badass, but tragically it has sat rotting next to his house for the last 14 years. I told him I'm going to steal it and restore it for him and he didn't have any objections. Here's a pic of one when they were new for those of you who don't remember them or are too young to know what they are.

I've found some pretty good resources online for getting replacement parts for these, but it can be tricky finding some stuff since they're so old and not in production very long. The only difference with the one in the pic and my dad's is that the removable hard top on my dad's is white. Oh...and 30 years worth of rust and neglected paint too.
