Halo was actually originally going to be an RTS game (even developed by Bungie). There's a video out there somewhere to prove it too. The new one does look pretty cool. You can bet I'll be getting it the day it comes out......I'm anxious to see how they'll be doing it control-wise. In the past RTSes are just slapped on consoles, a direct port from PC, which things all willy-nilly. This is actually being created *for* the 360 and 360 controller (hmm, much like Halo 1...), so I think it'll be well done in the most important (IMO) aspect of an RTS.
