A counter of percentage off starts to count upward. If you want it, and you think it is a good deal, you click buy it. For example: I got the Mrs. a 4gb Nano for $128. I got a TomTom GPS (normally $418) for $260. The catch - you have to wait for your $$$ back - kinda like a rebate. Usually 60 days....so I paid $418 for the GPS, but I will be getting a check for the difference. I have already received money back from them, so it is legitimate.
Bonus: On the deal of the day there is a "Guru Guess". You guess at what percentage the best deal is going to be. If you are the closest without going over (Price is Right Rules), you get to spin the wheel of Smack. Things like tshirts, hats, $500 cash back, Nintendo Wii's....you get the idea. I have seen people win every prize on the wheel except for $1000 cash back. You will find me there everyday during the week at 1:00pm EDT - that is when it kicks off.
