Cool info, Troy.  The company I work for is currently working with the Chinese government and Phillips to produce "watermarked" Cd's and DVD's (both Standard and HD) as a form of copy protection.  The 51GB disks was news to me...that awesome!

Ok, I'm a little confused.
HD-DVD and BluRay haven't been on the market for more than a year and Sony has once again declared victory, but why did they decide to point out that their own format (Beta) failed miserably (as Bluray is destined to do) in their own commercial?
