They had a link to the rules PDF at the bottom of the announcement page, but it was a corrupt PDF as of yesterday morning.

the link wasnt working for me. Are they planing to make more of these "planes" with different abilities? How do you the action that it calls for?

It sounds like they'll probably put out an expansion at some point once they've had more normal expansions, but they've probably already used all of the planes that have been mentioned so far.
The main ability triggers when it says. The chaos ability triggers when the die you roll each turn comes up with the chaos symbol.

PDF works for me, prolly fixed it
before I buy one, I wanna see what each of the plane cards do. Gotta match my planar deck to my constructed decks
