I just saw IW/Activision isn't allowing private servers, aka Gameservers.com, for MW2. How is this XBOX live model going to work if you cant host your own game? Anyone read up on this? Will this make everoyne playing together hard?
Seems like it could be a deal breaker

Yeah, I was discussing this last night with my brother. He was trying to convince me to get Operation Flashpoint and I said I was holding off for MW2, then he told me about non-dedicated servers. Hawkes, Phazzy, you guys usually know more about this stuff than me. What's your take?

I am sure there is going to be a better in game friend list for hooking up, that was a big problem (at least in my eyes) in MW. Maybe the lack of nonprivate servers will stop some of the cheating and hacks, so possible bright side?

I had an opportunity to play Global Agenda today at the Phiily GameExpo and I have to say... I have mixed feelings on this one. it reminded me class-wise of TF2, but the monthly sub option will open up Agency vs Agency (AvA), Auction house, crafting and some other goodies. I hope to get in on the 2nd phase of the beta and will keep you guys posted.
