pay pal question aka buying shit online

Hey PayPal peeps....question. I have a buddy who wants to buy a rare paiste cymbal from a dude in the Netherlands. I know there is some buyer protection if you use eBay. Do you have any protection with PayPal if you are conducting the sale yourselves? I know there is escrow.com but its limited to US only.

I bought a Moose from some ebay person named AlaskGovSP. The thing arrived dead with a bullet in its head, was so pissed tried to get money back but no luck. If I ever find out who that person is...

With paypal you can cancel your payment but only before he has accepted it. With paypal its all a matter of how much you trust the other fellow to actually deliver.
