Charlie was off the grid before all this happened, and since this all went down, his show in just rerun format had some serious ratings.

Crazy? no crazier than alot of other people.. PR genius? possibly.

I have a new theory.

Charlie was getting too close...so the government put him in "the chair".

What we see on TV now, is the aftermath, and mental condition of one who had to be put in ...."the chair".
