In the two years I had my ipod I had 4....all the hard drives pooped.....2 years with Zune...ONE. TANK!

I have a 30 gig Zen at home and that thing is a tank too. The software was asstatic but it worked great.

Well, I've had my 30G iPod video for 2 years now, and it's still going strong.
and i prob paid half the price for my 30g zune  but honestly i have nothing against ipods, i just hate itunes |

iTunes is a travesty against mankind and should be obliterated.
Ok, I take that back. iTunesU and podcasting need to be obliterated and Apple needs to removed from helming iTunes, then it would probably be pretty decent if I could put purchased songs on say anything other than an iPod.
