I tried to book my room in vegas @ 1-800-286-0193 and she said its labeled as a rooming list and she couldn't take the reservation.  She said when you signed the contract, you must have set up a contact that had to take the reservations or something.

 "Attendees will make their own reservation prior to Wednesday, May 13, 2009 by calling the Hotel direct at 1-800-286-0193, please refer to the event name of Wolverines Group."

I will contact the hotel today and give them a good scolding, and get back to you.

Hehe alright I shot him an E-mail, I let you know as soon as he gets back to me. The hotel has a few promotions thanks to the current economic climate He may be knocking off a few bucks from our stay.

Sorry about the trouble. I will be lowering the cost of the entire stay of your party to 219$(!!!!!!!!156 bucks!) .  I will
process on my end ASAP.

I am also checking into the Reservations situation.  I believe the
problem is that your group has to mention the group dates of 6/12-15/09
for them to find the group in they system, it won't show up on alternate
dates although they can book alternate dates if necessary at time of
reservation.

Please advise your guests to hold off booking right now and I will fix
and let you know when we're all set ASAP.  Thanks again,
