4.) I am looking to raid, either 10-man or 25-man, and hoping that doing so won't rekindle my propensity to WoW addiction.

6.) Ran more heroics and 10mans with Demos Inc. than I care to remember
7.) Good experiences with guild runs in which I was lucky enough to attend.

In addition to my mage, I have a priest (holy) and lock (afflict) at level 80, but inadequately geared to raid anything but 10man Naxx in my opinion.  I am comfortable in a raid setting playing any of these three classes and have the most raid experience on my priest from my days raiding with Vets.  My departure from Vets coincided with my decision to take some time away from the game and I left on good terms.  I would prefer to pursue raiding on my mage, excepting occasions when heals are short, and I know that this is not an option if I were to return to Vets.

i remember the guy from my time in vets ...
didn't do much raiding with him but he was always helpful and did well from memory
